Usually, I’m not pointing you to the columns written by other authors. I’m willing to make an exception as the column I’m linking is not really “written”; it’s part 2 of the podcast in which some guest speakers and I are comparing the first 3 years of Magic vs. the first 3 years of Yu-Gi-Oh! and the first 3 years of the World of Warcraft TCG.

Tommi was kind enough to provide us with lots of insights into the first 3 years of the WoW TCG that also mark the end of this special feature. Suppe für den soul – 3 years Magic vs. Yu-Gi-Oh! vs. WoW

One of our community members pointed me in the direction that lead to this article: Why not compare the first 3 years of Magic to the first 3 years of Yu-Gi-Oh! and the World of Warcraft TCG? I had to admit I was an immediate fan of the idea, so I started to prepare this article. As it turned out, there was way too much content for a roughly 1200 word article, so I decided to use a different format: Podcasts!

Therefore, this week’s Suppe für den soul is special in many ways. Not only will we have 3 different podcasters telling you about the respective games, we’ll also distribute these podcasts over two columns. So stay tuned (literally!) for this week’s Der Spieltisch, in which Tommi will tell you about the first 3 years of World of Warcraft.
