Schutzige Picks – Card Advantage in Sealed Formats

I’m getting used to writing two weekly columns again. Despite the lack of topics for the sealed column Schmutzige Picks, I found something to write about. Incidentally, it’s the most basic topic: card advantage. As you should know, it can win games, so you better give the article a read.

Well, it finally got me interested enough to try it out, so I signed up for my very own account. Today, Suppe für den soul #9 has been released. This week, I interviewed Thomas “Tommi” Böttge, Christian “Nemesis” Pfeiffer and Sven “playerone” Müller, to gain a few insights in the planning of the successful Triple Play III.
This should benefit other tournament organizers that also want to run such a tournament, so in case you’re interested, give it a look.
Coverage Realm Championship Season 3

Yesterday, the Realm Championship Season 3 final took place. We had a great winner with Patrick Binka who won this tournament series the third time in a row now! I provided live coverage on site and was able to provide a few good insights of what was going on. At least I hope so, but 18 articles in a 17 hour day is quite something, so give it a look.

Hm, I think I forgot to announce the release of #7 here. Well anyway, last Monday, Suppe für den soul #8 has been published. I wrote about Stalling, one of the more important topics in the TCG, so you might want to check it out if you want to perform well at the bigger tournaments.
Page restructuring

I have changed the layout of the site a little. With the addition of the site about the books I read, I pretty much ruined the original layout. So now I have rearranged the various sites under work (event management, writing and websites) and hobbies (books and more to follow soon).
Have fun exploring the new part that will also go through an update pretty soon!
